GC Digital Studio provides digital design, web development, branding, and related consulting services. All service descriptions, timelines, and deliverables are agreed upon in writing before work begins.
Consultation Requests
Submitting a consultation request does not constitute a binding agreement. All project engagements require a signed contract or written agreement outlining scope, timeline, and payment terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and code — is the property of GC Digital Studio or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Upon full payment, ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for a client will transfer according to the terms outlined in the project agreement.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, a deposit is required to begin work, and final payment is due upon project completion or according to the agreed milestone schedule.
Limitation of Liability
GC Digital Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific services in question.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement according to the terms set forth in the project agreement. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website and services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
